Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI came in to ask how much it was for acrylic nail removal, they told me $10 but they take cash only, so I told them I was coming back since I had to take cash out of the atm. I came back later and there were about 4 people being helped on the pedicure chairs. I waited for about half an hour when all they had to do was let me soak my nails in acetone for 15 minutes or so if they were too busy to take them off. But the same 4 four people were there the entire time I was waiting, and after half an hour they finally decide to tell me that they’re “so busy” and if I can come back tomorrow. I used to come here all the time but I found it pretty annoying to have waited there half an hour just to get my nails removed when they didn’t even help me. The same people were in there when I came in so they could’ve said something as soon as I walked in instead of making me wait for nothing. The nail work is fine, but the waiting has been an issue before. Even with an appointment you’ll probably end up waiting your turn a while. I came in to ask how much it was for acrylic nail removal, they told me $10 but they take cash only, so I told them I was coming back since I had to take cash out of the atm.
