During the styling she left the bleach in so long my hair was burning off and i got burns on my head. She then charged me $120 and told me it was my fault she burnt all of my hair off. After explaining how upset I was after because all of my hair that was highlighted is falling out she ignored my phone calls and will not refund. I went in to get a haircut and highlights and was given a cost of $99. During the styling she left the bleach in so long my hair was burning off and i got burns on my head. She then charged me $120 and told me it was my fault she burnt all of my hair off.
