I’ve been here several times and had several different people do my nails. I’ve never had a bad experience and the acrylics always last so long with no lifting! I’ve gone to high end nail places that cost 3x as much and didn’t get as good of an outcome as here. They recently upgraded their pedi chairs and furniture. I would recommend.

The first nail tech, which I believe is the owner is the best nail tech. she is willing to create any design that I request, and takes her time to get it right. The prices are reasonable too, no surprises at the end.

I understand that they’re understaffed. Only one nail tech still when I left at 10. I think if they’re this understaffed they should make it appointment only because she was rushing and I get it, she’s alone and had all these people waiting and coming in and calling. I’m sure it’s stressful. However to pay $50 for the bad quality nail job I had done, plus some cuts on my fingers, acrylic over my skin, was insane. I got nothing special, short nails. Was supposed to be round but a couple nails don’t know if they’re round or trying to be square/coffin. This is the shortest I ever got and paid $50. Again nothing special was done to my nails. Usually I pay that for longer length and then maybe $55 if I choose coffin or stiletto. I really wanted to like them cause they’re closer than where I was going to. But I’d rather spend more money on gas and drive further than give them money for this horrible job. Please get more staff or make appointment only. I waited 20 min and then it was rushed and botched.

Critical: QualityI take my mom here a couple of times and they did good. I made an appointment for both of us before her birthday party and was terrible. I walked to the car and smudged 2 nails after asking if they are dry. Went back in to fix it, umm no reaction like it was normal.. not normal! After 2 days , nails chipping on fingers and toe nails. My mom’s were fine as before but she was so disappointed with mine that she will never go back. Of course I will never, just want to put it out out there that they are not all the stars on review. I walked to the car and smudged 2 nails after asking if they are dry. Went back in to fix it, umm no reaction like it was normal.. not normal! After 2 days , nails chipping on fingers and toe nails. Had a great gel manicure on April 3rd. Had lasted three weeks. Went back to have the gel removed and just a regular manicure and was charged $25 and a manicure wasn’t really that great. Way too expensive won’t be back
