Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe worst experience I ever had. The nail tech that did my nails he was very ruff. He actually made me bleed from using the drill so rough. Then he told me to go wash my hands and pick a color which I already told them when I first came in. I come back to seat at his station and someone else is being serviced. So he tells me to seat at the pedicure station to get my polish change. The gentleman who did my polish change did a great job. But because my nail tech was servicing someone else I had to wait 45mins to get my gel French. Cut to a week later and my GEL POLISH is chipping and actually coming off. I really enjoy Kim Nails. They operate their business with with sanitary safety in mind. They are knowledgeable about the nail fashions and listen to one’s request. Prices are fair. I have been a customer for years. You will love this place.
