Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been coming to Ketoria for years which is why I was so disappointed with the unpleasant customer service I experienced when I had an issue with my lashes. I experienced itchiness and irritability after a full set I received in which I paid nearly $200 for with tip included and due to the irritability they all fell off within a week. After consulting with Ketoria to discuss causes to this issue and solutions so it doesn’t occur again, she did not take responsibility for the error and blamed makeup for being the cause of the irritation even though the irritation began after a new set was applied.
