I went today for the first time and it was almost closing hour and still they did my manicure and also eyebrows waxing. Ms. Lilly did a phenomenal job with my gel nails, I love them! Also, she knows how to do my eyebrows. This is my new nail and waxing place. I think the owner was there too and he was very nice. Definitely recommended!

Please read reviews and heed them. I read and took a chance anyways. While I got in quickly, my chair was broken, the gel polish color I selected was coagulated and unusable and I had to ask twice to trim my nails shorter. The tech hardly filed or shaped my nails, only “massaged” one leg/foot. Then quoted me $60 for a gel pedi. When I asked why such a high price for the terrible experience she went down to $55. She loudly argued with another technician that I should pay higher. I could have done a better job myself. Save your money. Do it yourself or even hire a blind person to do your pedi. It’ll turn out the same if not better. This place is horrible. Absolutely horrible.

Critical: Communication, QualityWhen I walked in I asked how much the removal would cost she quoted me $10.I then asked how much a gel manicure and a regular manicure would cost.I said I would like the regular manicure plus removal. It took a lot longer than I anticipated for the removal process, I let them know that I was no longer going to do the manicure due to lack of time. She then said I had to pay $15 for the polish removal. I asked why the price change because she originally quoted me 10, and she said because I was no longer getting a discount with the package deal. I pointed out that when I first approached I wasn’t asking for a package I simply asked how much the removal would cost but she stuck with her guns and said that it was going to be $15 now because she wasn’t giving me any discount. After they finish the removal I still have leftover dip polish on my nails, I pointed this out and she removed some but not all. So, I paid $15 for removal AND still have stuff on my nails.Stay away. When I walked in I asked how much the removal would cost she quoted me $10.I then asked how much a gel manicure and a regular manicure would cost. …More

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIf I could give this place a negative zero I would. My nails look an absolute mess!! I came in for my birthday was reference photo. Jenny, one of the nail techs, tells me that she couldn’t do the design. The design was a line of white nail polish. She then tells me “maybe you should go to another place if you want that” with the rudest attitude. I’ve never heard of a nail salon that doesn’t do designs. After being completely stubborn, I give her a reference photo of a watered down version of what I actually wanted. She starts off completely. She cuts them in the shape I wanted, coffin, and everything. After she applied the acrylic powder on my nails, she completely doesn’t file or reshape my nails. My nails were rectangles after she applied the powder. I had to constantly tell her to reshape my nail and file it down! Everytime was no where near the shape I wanted. The end shapes was NOWHERE NEAR COFFIN! I looks like rectangles were glued to my fingers. The nails were also bulky, rising off or my actual nail and the design was completely wrong!!! All 10 of my nails are different shapes…! None of them are COFFIN!! I then ask if it would be possible for me to get them redone correctly without a charge and they straight up said no. They only gave me a $10 refund when I paid $35 plus a $5 tip!! I’m never going here again. The only thing they know how to do is a regular manicure that’s it!! If you what acrylics or gel, please, I’m begging you, DONT GO HERE!!If I could give this place a negative zero I would. My nails look an absolute mess!! I came in for my birthday was reference photo. Critical: QualityI’m going to start off by saying I was in a pinch and this was the only nail salon open on the day I needed my nails done and have never been here before. I was able to get in immediately and there was no waiting since there was only 1 other customer and 4 nail technicians. The first red flag was when my temperature was taken they said 95 and ushered me inside. If they are actually checking temperatures and a person had a temperature of 95 they should go to the ER ASAP so I do not think their device is accurate, which makes me wary of their other COVID precautions.First, I had my acrylic nails removed. This was EXTREMELY painful! This place does not soak off nails, despite my request, they ply them off with metal tools and jam an acrylic nail between your nails and the acrylics. I’ve had other places do this, but have never had such a painful experience as I did here. Giving 2 stars as opposed to 1 because I will admit my nails were short underneath, but the nail technician reminded me multiple times it was so painful because my nails were so short.I also asked for a clear manicure and cuticle removal. I didn’t think it could get much worse, but I left with rough and bleeding cuticles. Some cuticles were cut overly close into the skin, which left me bleeding and others were untrimmed and left jagged. I kept waiting for these to be cleaned up and they never were.My clear “manicure” involved 1 coat of clear polish, and a rough filing. I had to ask several times if she could please file my nails because each time I asked she would only do 1 or 2 and never actually filed all the nails. By this point, I was tired and just paid $40, went home and filed all my nails and cleaned up my remaining cuticles on my own.I’m going to start off by saying I was in a pinch and this was the only nail salon open on the day I needed my nails done and have never been here before. If I could give this place no stars I would. The gel manicure I received chipped on two nails after 1 day. I went back to fix and they gave me a hard time saying I had to pay $5 each nail. 2 days later, a third nail chipped. I went to get it fixed and they said they would only paint it with regular, non gel polish, if I wanted gel, it would be $5. After me explaining I got a full manicure with gel polish 3 days earlier and it should last a week, they would still not help me. Annoyed at their lack of customer service and disregard for the technician’s poor paint job in the first place, I vow to never go back, despite it being 4 blocks from my house. Save your $35 + tip for a gel manicure AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They tried to blame the chipping on me typing with my hands and work. I’ve been getting gel manicures every month since 2014 and they have never chipped in 2-3 days after a manicure. This place sucks.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI love this local business! I’m not a gel gal, so I can’t speak to those services. For a classic mani-pedi with friendly service, you can’t beat the price or convenience. I only give it 4 stars for the ambiance. This doesn’t feel spa-like as the name implies, especially since they installed a TV with sports usually playing. It is definitely a nail salon.I love this local business! Without exaggerating if I could I would give this place a negative 5. This place was horrible I was surprised to see their was only one other person there so I was quickly helped but I wish id just gone to my regular nail spa.The lady cut all my toenail off left them all crooked and didn’t thoroughly clean the cuticle or the side of the nails. She said “its okay” like a thousand times despite seeing how upset I obviously I was over her poor pedicure job. Their was no attention to detail no wonder the place was empty. Never coming back again. $25 dollars is cheap sure but the job she did wasn’t even worth that; I could of done a better job at home. Never coming back to bad since its closer to my house but I rather drive further then pay for a horrible pedicure again.

I have been getting my nails and waxing here for over 3 years. Never had a gel nail job done any better. Never chips. I recommend it to anyone, especially if they like gel nails.
