Keith has a special gift which is intuitive knowing of what your body/muscles need. I dubbed him the “muscle whisperer” because he just seemed to know what my body needed. I enjoyed the pressure and he is professional. The space is serene and filled with great scents that stimulate mind and even uses sound bowl at the end to finalize the whole experience. It is the rare practitioner who can seamlessly integrate an extensive knowledge of the body, with an energetic sensitivity and intuitiveness. Keith is one of those rare gems! His sessions are more than a massage, they are an experience! With the gorgeous environment and expansive canyon views, perfect playlist, soothing essential oils, peaceful sound healing, and his intuitive/deeply connected touch, you are primed for rejuvenation and healing. Keith does body work, not massage. Ok he does massage, too, like Swedish massage for my girlfriend, but body work, as he calls it, is when he listens to you and your body and then incorporates several modalities into one solution, such as accupressure, deep tissue and physical therapy for a total tranformative experience. He fixed my sore shoulder and tennis elbow/carpal tunnel from typing. Definitely recommend this highly skilled and experience healer. Thank you Keith!!
