I drive an hour just for this nail shop. The staff and the environment is so amazing. They really do try and help out as much at they can to make you happy. I scheduled my appointment with Kathy but they forgot to put her name down. So the man at the first chair did my base to help her out and Kathy ended up doing my design. They were very sweet and kind. I also love their options for pedicures. It is a little pricey but I’ve seen higher for really bad results. I will say, they don’t do walk ins often. If you really want your nails done and other services at the same time , you have to have a schedule an appointment. I will say, I do respect that they make the people who made an appointment a priority. Just know they are short staffed so appointments come first at this particular shop.

Kathy has been doing my nails for over 3 years now and she is always amazing. I regularly bring a photo of designs and she is always happy to replicate (and if there is something she cannot do – she tells you, which I appreciate because I would rather my nail tech tell me than to try and it turn out horribly).

Paid $70 for a cool mint pedicure and received a basic pedicure. On top of that, I got gel polish and they did a horrible job. It’s not even, they did 3 layers plus the base and top coat causing my big toenail to crack in half, and there’s polish to my nail fold making it look tacky. Also, waited more than 20 minutes to get seen. Never again.

AVOID IF YOU ARE “FAT”. I went in with my sister and while they were getting the water ready my sister stepped out. The lady looked at me and said “you’re too big for my chair”. I looked at her chair – the same size I’ve been in before and told her no then she just looked me up and down. Obviously I left.
