I had permanent makeup done on my eyebrows and eyeliner a month ago. It is so nice to wake up with this permanent makeup or eyeliner smudging after dip in the pool. I get complements everywhere I go. Karen does an outstanding job explaining how everything works and what to expect before, during and afterwards. She is professional, a wonderful personality, caring and takes her time to make sure you get what you want/expect and comfortable. She is an artist and very detailed with her services. Karen quickly replies to calls & texts which is almost next to impossible in Maricopa to receive that kind of customer service. I highly recommend her and K’Bella salon/staff with a very HIGH 5 start rating. Prices are very reasonable. THANK YOU KAREN!

I have been a customer of Karen’s for 4 years now! I first went to see her to get my eyebrows threaded since there was no one who did it by appt at that time in Copa. From there, I have gotten my hair, waxing, and chemical peels done here! She is beyond nice and truly cares for her clients! She is licensed and reputable. I had an incident one time when Karen was running behind and I ended up not being able to have my appt that day. She apologized and gave me a discount at my next appointment. I have never had an issue going here and I will continue seeing Karen <3
