Went to get a shampoo and silk press. The shampoo girl does not know what she is doing and I don’t blame her I blame whoever hired/trained her. She was very nice but did not wash my hair properly. Parts of my hair weren’t even touched then she left conditioner in it and I had to be rinsed again. Hair wasn’t detangled when I sat in the chair. Zee said they’ve been having complaints about shampoos well if people are complaining why not teach the girl how to properly shampoo and detangle?! When my hair was blow dried the stylist just yanked at it and I could see dirt from old product falling out…my hair was not clean at all and scalp was itching. I told her to stop and I didn’t want to continue the service. I was still charged for the wash and blow dry which was dumb because I had to go home and wash it. When I got home I could see the actual damage that was done. My hair was completely stripped of its natural oils I had to do a deep conditioning treatment on myself and save my hair. Im sure if they take their times and pay attention to the client and not everything else and actually train people correctly then the final style would be nice, but until they do that I don’t recommend going. I do have a lot of hair but I’ve had it blown out before and I have no problem washing it (I’m not a cosmetologist) so people that work in a salon shouldn’t have that much of an issue washing/blow drying. I’m just glad I left before they caused anymore damage. I wanted to cry

I absolutely adore and love my hair stylist, but I dislike the salon. Owners allow their children to run around wild. It’s not a very relaxing experience most times.

Natural hair dream: My hair was silk pressed and it lasted 1 month.. I really pushed it lol. My hair reverted right back to its curly state once I washed it.
