Kanni African Hairbraiding

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis is my fourth visit to Kannis African hair braiding needless to say this time I was very displeased with the outcome of my hair. I booked the appointment a week prior I spoke with Connie who is the owner I told her I wanted single leaf twist medium size she told me it was going to be 180 and to come in at 2 PM. I came in at 2 PM no one started on my hair until 2:15, I also showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. I thought Connie would be doing my hair however it was one of her associates.The lady who is doing my hair seemed very uninterested in her job. Upon arriving home I saw that the ends of my hair were terribly uneven, I then called back up to the shop Connie answered and told me to come back so they could correct the problem, I went back so she could fix it. This is only been the second day and I am now noticing that my hair is unraveling from the single leaf twist. This is my fourth visit to Kannis African hair braiding needless to say this time I was very displeased with the outcome of my hair. I booked the appointment a week prior I spoke with Connie who is the owner I told her I wanted single leaf twist medium size she told me it was going to be 180 and to come in at 2 PM. Critical: QualityI brought my daughter to Kannies for braids. She’s only had them in for 5 days and they are falling out. I was charged $185..I kindly tipped $20. Guess the jokes on me…lesson learned!
