This place used to be good but I agree I feel ever since Liz left one of the best techs they had Abby had been a hot mess your not working out of your house there no reason why a person shouldn’t be able to do a walk in especially when you started off with walk ins an not to be rude your definitely not good at customer service making customers happy or even styling the nails properly. When I was pregnant last year I was always able to walk-in now Abby says no walking allowed not everyone knows how to book online or has the time I hope they get better management asap that is for ALL an not just who they pick an choose

I normally frequent this establishment but due to my last experience with them I will never go there again. Over the past 10 years of my service with them they have changed their name four times I am not sure what that is about but they are prejudice and biased and very disrespectful. The police were threatened to be called when me because I videotaped them outside of their establishment for refusing my service because I did not make an appointment. I normally make an appointment online but I did not have my phone because I lost it. I had just bought a new phone and did not have time to make the appointment and walk-ins are normally welcome. However the supposed manager Abby was very rude to me and very disrespectful to me and I had to put her in her place. The young lady who normally does my nails she said had an appointment although I was there waiting I asked could I at least have my nails started on until her appointment arrives, she wouldn’t even let me sit in there massage chair while I waited. Therefore I made an appointment elsewhere and left their store but before I left however I made a remark, which may have been taking derogatory but, I felt that it was my opinion and that I had a right to state it because that is how I felt I was being treated, I said because my last name does not end in “es” or because my skin was not white enough was the reason why I’m always being disrespected and overcharged at this facility. Unless you want to be disrespected and made to wait, because even if your money is green unless your skin complexion is lighter than theirs they will not give you the same service and will overcharge you and make up prices as they go along. I will be boycotting this establishment and I will be suing them for violating my rights and being discriminatory towards me.

I’ve been to Kairo nails twice now and seen Marjorie both times. She does and amazing job at making sure the shape is exactly how I like, and always helps me pick a beautiful shade of dip powder. Highly recommend! Manicure, Dip powder

I heard about Kairos when I was in another nail salon, another customer was raving about their salon. I was so fed up with the sub par service I was getting from other nail salons I was very close to just giving up. So I decided to give them a try before calling it quits. . I brought myself and my mother for nails & a pedicure.. the service, the cleanliness, the nail techs and most of all the nails and nail art just WOW!! I was so impressed that I’ve been going every 2 weeks religiously ever since. Any inspiration picture you bring they do it 10xs better. All the women there are so sweet and amazing nail techs/artists! My tech Abby doubles as my therapist listening to me vent every appointment. I’ll never go anywhere else ever again.. I found my forever nail salon.
