The quality of hair braiding is satisfactory but time management is terrible. The owner is very nice but she makes false promises. I’ve requested for her to do kinky twists in my hair, skinnier than pencil length, $160. It took all of 8 hours to do my hair because it was only her, within that time frame she had 3 or 4 customers, she lost 3 of them because her help (her sister) was not available for the majority of the day. I let her stop doing my hair to do a quick style (crotchet twists) for that one customer; I had nothing to do that day. For that she did not offer a discount, instead she offered to take down my hair for free which she said is worth $30. I agreed out of the kindness of my heart. The time came to take down my hair and she tried to talk me out of it and has made excuses. Never going again!

Horrible place to go. They did an awful job on my braids and she knew it and gave me a scarf to make me feel better. They constantly talk on the phone in their language when they do speak English very well. Go somewhere else!

Horrible place to go. Owner just lies they pull on you hair something terribly. All she does is talk loud on the phone. She trys to convince people on what style to get cause “shes tired”.
