I had been trying to do yoga a few times a week, but was consistently finding excuses to skip even a quick yoga session at home. When I heard Beth was offering hypnotherapy sessions, I was immediately interested and wondered if it could help me establish a regular yoga routine/practice. The session with Beth was extremely relaxing and effective. Beth has a calm but strong presence, and I was able to be fully present and listen to her voice as we progressed through the hypnotherapy session. At the end of the session, I felt alert, refreshed, and actually wanted to head upstairs and get started with my yoga practice! The following week, I did yoga 5 out of 7 days of the week, and the following week was similar unless I had to work late. Beth was so kind to send me a recording of our session, and I have listened to it multiple times since our initial session. If you have a specific goal that you can’t seem to make progress with, I would highly recommend you try hypnotherapy with Beth. She is so talented and has a lot to offer her clients i.e. she’s also an incredible masseuse! I had been trying to do yoga a few times a week, but was consistently finding excuses to skip even a quick yoga session at home.
