ALL of the reviews here are accurate. Kade is a rude to staff and some customers. I was in the shop from 8am until 4pm. 6 people braided my hair. 2 women would start braids and 4 children/teens would finish the braid . it was a rotation because staff was short.

The way kade runs this location is horrible. I took my daughter there and she wanted to assign one of her daughters to my daughter. I didn’t approve of her so I requested that kade did the job. She told me she’d be the one doing it so plz take care of it yrself. They bounce around from head to head while making others wait. I watch a young girl sit there the entire time I was there (which was about 3 hours) with a quarter of her head braided and she wasn’t touched until after I left. They switch to different braiders after one braided would start. As a man taking his daughter to get her hair done u wanna be in and out as fast as possible. I had to get with kade and stay with her becuz she wanted to stop and do someone else’s hair. No ma’am. They do good work but the system is flawed.

Kade’s is my new go-to hair braiding salon. My knotless braids look great! I have fine hair and thin edges so it’s not easy to find a braider who can hide my hair imperfections, HaHa! I wear my hair in braids a lot. It’s been a week and I haven’t had to return to complain. I’m happy with the result! That’s rare for me.

I wish I could give them a zero ..I had the worst experience at this shop..I took my son to get some comb twist and she rush them and did them huge they were coming a loose .She charged me $65 and refused to give my money I will never pay again before the service is complete. Also the combs she use was dirty.I asked her what happened and she said it’s tax season and it’s very busy and she was tired..One her employees also added that my son hair was rushed and looked horrible. I was post a picture below while we where still in the shop I took a picture..Please don’t waste you money here..

I really love this place and the ladies there are so nice. I had two ladies do my hair but not at the same time which was very appropriate, they both did an amazing job and you can’t beat the price for what they did including supplying the hair. I will definitely be back to become a regular customer ❤️❤️❤️

Horrible. I’ve been here multiple times and the owner always tries to charge a different price. Came this morning and waited 30 mins for her to show up. When I tried to get her to honor the $20 off if no braider is available that’s on the door to the shop, she came up with every excuse in the book not to. It went from she was giving me a special to not charging me extra because my hair is natural to not charging me because my hair is long to not charging me because my hair is short to there’s traffic. She thinks if she talks loud and fast that she’s right. She is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever encountered. She told me $160 for micros over the phone then $180 when I got there if I wanted human hair and thought she was gonna charge me extra for 2 different colors. I’ve always paid $160 for human hair with 2 colors. Wants to blame covid for everything, last I checked braid hair costs the same in the beauty supply stores. Then the girl that came in after me she told her $200 for micros with human hair because her hair was short . I won’t ever return to this shop again.

I tried to leave several times but the manager kept roping me back in saying I’d be next and then going on to work on other heads. Put me in a chair to start on my hair then went to beak! Started my hair then took another “break” mind you she had only been doing my hair 30 mins at the time.I asked for passion twist a easy and quick style and got a complete mess not even twisted right. I have known Kade for years and even allowed her to do my daughter’s hair. But that relationship took a turn for the worse. I have fed Kade when she asked for food because she was so busy and working I would bring her clothes and shoes that she was supposedly brought back to Africa. Well for years I allowed Kade to manipulate me into waiting for my hair to be done for hours. I have been at her shop sometimes til midnight and she doesn’t offer a discount or apology. I went to get individual soft locs done and showed her what I wanted the 2 women who worked on my head were slow and I was becoming so angry because I had somewhere to be. So when I got home it seemed the locs get tighter and tighter and I had to remove them due to the pain being unbearable. I have sores on my scalp now. I reached out to Kade to see if we could work something out. Kade REFUSED to accept responsibility for her actions. I lost 180 dollars but it was an expensive lesson learned. One of the ladies can barely work because she has her babies with her and the infant is only 4 months. Kade does not care. I have seen she and her staff fight one another over money. It is the most unprofessional, unclean place in Morrow. If you are looking to get your hair done please go to any other place but this one. She also has a second shop in Ellenwood where If she cannot find a braider she leaves her underage children to maintain the shop. I am hurt because I thought Kade was different but I learned the hard way she cares nothing about anyone only the money she collects and that’s it. I will never bring another penny,, shoe, shirt or pants to her or anyone in her shop.
