Whenever I’m in town to get my hair done or to visit friends, I’ve also started going to K.T’s. Each time has been a pleasant and relaxing experience and I highly recommend this nail salon! I called back this evening to let the owner (Tia) know that I had an issue with the polish on a nail. She took the time to inspect each nail and found that it was an issue with polish that I had chosen. Chose a new polish and left!

He did a great job. My nails were even and smooth. I had a soak off, acrylic, and gel polish. The only problem was that the drill cut my fingers up. All of my fingers were bleeding. I pointed it out to the wife, Tia. She said that he told her I wasn’t relaxed relaxing my hands. I wish he had let me know. It was a very painful experience. I do think that he did a great job compared to my last experience at another salon. I will try it again and be more mindful of keeping my hand relaxed.
