I had a wonderful experience at this salon. I have celiac so that means I cannot use any products that have gluten in it. They were very careful and let me read the labels before they even did anything. I also have very thick, long curly hair (Latina genes) and the hairstylist totally respected that I wanted to enhance my curls with the cut by adding some layers but keeping the length. She really showed me how to take care of my curly hair and let it shine naturally! I came out with a gorgeous cut and absolutely LOVED it. I’d go back again for sure!

♥ I have been to a place where customer service is A+++ and knowledge about hair care is A+++. I love my hair cut that I received from Gigi Beachler under the tutelage of Malina Yeager. It was an amazing experience but it was not just the professionalism that made me feel at ease, or the precision hair cut that I received and love, it is also the ambiance of the Salon, the atmosphere, the music, this is a soothing place for the heart, mind and soul. I have always received wonderful service from all of the stylists at K-Salon. I recently just got a cut, highlights and low lights done from Asheley. She did a wonderful wonderful job. I have long hair and she layered it beautifully and the color is exactly what she said it would be when we discussed it. Wonderful ambiance and friendly staff.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. She had no idea what she was doing. Why in the world would you give someone short bangs when they have hair down to their butt. (I asked for an angle) not only that but one side of my new bangs is chopped off all the way over to the top of my ear! Completely lopsided and about an inch long. If you have long hair with any texture at all don’t EVER come here. My stylist was Ashely. If after three years you still don’t know how to cut hair there is something very wrong. I have a lot of long thick hair and told her I wanted a trim with layers and an angled front. I should have jumped out of the chair and ran as soon as she said “that’s sounds easy”. My hair will be ruined for a long time since the front is too short to even begin working with it.

I want to preface my review by saying the stylist was absolutely lovely, she was so kind and attentive, I just don’t think out styles meshed well. That being said, I went in for a blowout on Saturday the 8th, and it was probably the worst wash and style I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of blowouts. I requested light beachy waves and I don’t know if it was too much product or just the product themselves but I ended up with crunchy, limp, frizzy lumps. I know I should have said something to the stylist but she was so nice and I didn’t want to cause an issue. Since it was for a special occasion I just ended up going home and washing it out and starting all over again. I probably wont be returning to this salon in the future.

I have never written a review for any product or service, but this place deserves applause. I loved the product line and Mary was amazing. Only one other time have I left the salon loving my hair, and K Salon beats everyone else by a long shot. I had it cut a couple weeks ago; I loved it then and still love it now.

I love this salon! I have gone to Malina twice now, and she is amazing. I love this line of products, and trust her completely with my hair. I am sad that I moved to the other side of the state and won’t be near her anymore, but I hope to be able to go back in the future!

I was so pleased by my experience at K Salon. Malina listened to my input and followed through to create a truly great cut on what is (admittedly) a difficult head of hair. I will be back frequently, and I plan to try their other services in time.
