I debated posting this but once my second nail started chipping I had to. The place is nice and the staff are too. It’s nice they offer cocktails. But when it was time to check out they charged extra for long nails (which I think is debatable) and for “special shape” (my nails were already this shape, she just had to clean it up for the fill). Then the polish started chipping. You can see by how little they’ve grown out that this wasn’t that long ago. My pedi started chipping and the white polish is discolored but I don’t know if that’s because of my slippers so I’ll let that slide I guess. Overall not the quality I would expect for what I paid, even though I loved how my nails came out. I just probably won’t be back.

Definitely the best place to go. It’s good to have a consistent tech tho. I love the young girl with bangs for nails and the younger guy who does pedicures. Forgot their names but you can’t miss them. They are sweet, very talented, and make great recommendations.

Came in for a pedicure and gel removal. Both services were terrible. I don’t know if it was the lotion or the salt scrub they used but their cheap products gave my legs a terrible rash. The lady who scheduled to remove my gel decided to get her nails done by one of the other nail techs during my service! I sat there with my fingers in a bowl of acetone for a while before i realized that she was not returning. When i asked for her to return she rolled her eyes at me and finally left me with a terrible product. Never NEVER going back.

I’ve been 4 times and I’ve generally had an meh experience. Nothing exceptional, often a wait even with an appointment. Yesterday I had a truly negative experience. The nail tech was in a rush for no reason, I was one of two people in the salon with a bunch of people waiting for clients, and that resulted in three cuts into my hands when she was filing down my nails. I was one of the only people in the salon at this time, so I don’t understand why she was in such a rush. I won’t be returning. I am still dealing with the cuts she gave me.

I usually have a good experience here but last week they did a terrible job. I didn’t have time to correct them and my boyfriend paid so I didn’t want to make a big deal but I asked for gel pedi and they did regular polish. My dip french on my nails is horrible and uneven. I’m sure my boyfriend paid a lot, this place is expensive and it’s unfortunate because I won’t be back.

Ella is fantastic ! I’ve been a regular customer for a year and I am constantly getting compliments on my nails even when I’m on my way to the shop to have them redone. My breaks are few and far in between and most of the time it’s because I waited too long to go back in for a new set. If you need a pedicure with a true professional make an appointment with David. He’s friendly thorough and did I mention he was thorough ? My feet looked so good after the cleaning and the paraffin wax that I didn’t want to put the Polish on. I will consistently recommend this place to anyone who asks no question.

I went on a Wednesday evening to get a basic gel pedicure for an event I had that weekend; they closed at 8pm and I was leaving work late so I called ahead to see if they could take me at 6:45pm for a pedicure and the guy said yes they had time so I rushed over. The ambiance was nice, I was asked for a reservation then told to take a seat. I was not spoken to, nor offered a drink, nor the foot tub wasn’t started – nothing for 30 minutes… then at 7:30p, 45 minutes later, I was told that a tech would be with me shortly and finally offered a drink. The young girl was very sweet but as it was now 15 minutes before they closed, she was rushing through the pedicure which I ended up paying full price and way more than anticipated (~$80) with no apology or discount for waiting over an hour to be seen and finally leaving the store almost 2 hours later. One of my big toes was very sore the next day, it was red and swelled up bad – fortunately it healed after a day but I’ve never experienced that post pedicure and just added on to my negative experience with this place.

I went in like a hour and half before closing, I just wanted simple short nails and my toes done. I asked for just basic set because my mom birthday party was coming up and I can’t have long nails due to chiropractor school! So I wanted just some basic not too expensive. The guy go to say what you want not hey how are you rude. He asked did I have an appointment. I explained to him no he tells me to sign in. As I’m about to sign in he stop me and say you don’t want to come tomorrow. I felt like because I was “black” and wanted basic my money wasn’t good enough. I walked out not giving my few dollars to someone who do not value all human race( cat ,dog, sheep, black, or white)

I decided to try a different salon to the one I usually go to. I have been here twice. It is a nice salon however whenever I get gel nails they always seem to chip within a day. I also had them cut my cuticles and the next day my skin around my nails were peeling so much! I don’t think I will be back due to the quality.

I’ve been here a few times simply because it’s so close to my home. Today, I called in for a pedicure for my husband and I to make sure there was availability. We were told to come on in, upon arrival we sat in chairs for about 20 minutes before even being serviced (no big deal). An employee started on my husband’s pedicure while I sat in cold water. The employee literally rushed through his pedicure all before anyone even came to attempt to service me. I’ve been sitting here now for an hour. I ended up not even getting a pedicure due to 1) he’d have to wait on me and 2) this being the SECOND time this same scenario happened to us no more than 6 months ago here. Decided to give them another chance but I don’t feel valued here and will definitely not be returning or recommending. Please don’t suggest for customers to come in if you don’t have the staff to service adequately.
