Their polish is clearly being washed down with cheaper product or replaced. Got a manicure with regular polish and this is what it looks like less than a day later! OPI at home doesn’t do this… I called and asked for a refund and explained that the quality of the polish isn’t good and he said outright “it doesn’t matter the quality, regular polish does that” no… it doesn’t!!! They offered to give me $10 cash back but I don’t want to waste my energy any more on salons that replace their OPI products with cheaper ones.

My first time here and they left a really deep impression. The price for their service is affordable and worth it. The workers are super friendly and made me feel welcomed. Tiger did my color-changing dip nails and was super informative about their products. He knows his stuff and I really appreciated how well he prepped and cleaned my nails. The service was great. Overall I’d definitely recommend this place.

It is sad because I really like the owners as they are really nice people. But the quality of the work is not the best. My friend and I were going there to have a dip manicures and just a week past, both of our nails have chipped. This isn’t the first time. The staff was okay, I changed my mind about the color last minute and they changed it. The quality of work itself was not worth what I paid and I would never go there again. They didn’t clean my cuticles, which should be a minimum considering the amount of money and for the nails to last longer, sit better on the nail and cleanliness. The acrylics were crooked and uneven. They didn’t make a clean shape and didn’t cover the fake nail fully with color. I am not satisfied with my nails at all.

Amazing from the phone call to make the appointment to the end. I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 30 years and am picky. I’ve been to many places recently in my search for a new nail salon. This place is great and Mai was kind and meticulous!! It’s the whole package which I haven’t seen in quite awhile. I’ll definitely be back!!
