I love them. Regina was my main girl for a year before she stopped waxing. Now I see Kristina and when she isn’t available I see Mia. Both are wonderful they make sure I’m fine and never make things awkward. Their wax passes are actually a deal I have 2 unlimited passes and they are worth every penny. The ladies at the front desk are excellent, super customer service stars. I’m annoying and I know it and they act like I’m wonderful I’m in there like clockwork and every time everyone I encounter give me wonderful service. Never once in my 3years there have I had a bad experience. If they are having a bad day they don’t show it. I love them!!!

Been going for over a year. It’s convenient as they do all body parts but it’s pricey and adds up quickly. I got a package which gifted one free which was good. I always use Allison shes quick and good. One time i used someone else and they left a strip of hair in my armpits once I noticed i told them but it was past the 5 day policy for touch up so I would have to pay full price. I was really annoyed no one ever mentioned that policy. That and price makes them lose a star.

Gina the waxer is amazing! I can’t recommend her enough. She is so, so friendly and always makes me feel comfortable during my services. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about products and knows which ones are going to work the best for you and your skin. A true professional. My only issue is with the waxing beds themselves. They have tears and are falling apart, which isn’t something any person wants to see while being waxed. It takes away from the clean and sanitary experience. I wish EWC Wouk’s replace the beds and put their guests at ease.
