I’ve unfortunately decided to rewrite my review after having a not so good experience here. I used to love this salon, but the quality has really gone downhill lately. At my last visit, the nail tech used a Dremel file to file my nail bed. It has taken almost six weeks for my nails to grow out enough that the damage is almost gone. In addition, the polish they used dried strangely and when I asked for a retouch to smooth it out she wound up having to repaint all my nails because it couldn’t be fixed.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityBeen going there for many years. Since it was sold it has gone down hill. Not happy with my last 2 visits. My toenail was cut into on both sides that I had blood all over. My gel nails were done lol n such a hurry she spilled the gel polish on my arm And the 2 polish’s didn’t match. I’m done.
