It took me a week to write this review and I am going to copy and paste it under Spa Bar because they took over Just Blow It. I’m a mom and personal time is just non existent. SO…On the one day that I happened to be kid and husband free I wanted to get my hair done. Unfortunately, everywhere I normally go to was closed. I looked up Just blow it, drove from Winter Park to Waterford. When I got there I couldn’t find it because it was purchased by Spa Bar. So I figured, well at least I can check to see if they do hair here.

Returned to this salon on 1/6/23 after a long absence. Wow! I was impressed with the care of the stylist. She was professional, did an excellent job washing my hair and did a fabulous job on my hair. I will definitely be back to request her again!

This used to be my fav little place for a quick Tuesday blow out. After trying a few stylist I landed one I really liked and starting coming every Tuesday for the special. Then they changed it to where the stylist of my preference was a “master stylist” and no longer a part of the Tuesday special. But I had already book with her before this announcement was made. I went in for my blow out and the Tuesday special price was not honored. I haven’t been back since. I would have paid the “master stylist” rate moving forward for special occasions, but not after I booked prior to rates being raised and my rate I booked at wasn’t honored.

I had Eric as my stylist, it was the BEST experience. I came in wanting a change with my hair, and we ultimately decided on curtain bangs and face framing layers in the front. I made an appointment while I was in Orlando on 3/28/21.The studio is very nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that multiple employees saw me walk in and no one greeted me for several minutes. They were with customers but it’s an open layout so a “hi welcome someone will be right with you” would have been nice. Especially for a new customer.Someone finally came to let me know my turn was coming and once I went back it was quick and easy. No complaints on the service itself, fast and convenient. I did the eye lash application which I think is $10 if you bring your own lashes and $20 if you use there’s. I did the $20 one.

I went to Just Blow It to experience my first blowout ever. I was really excited to get this done, as my boyfriend and I were celebrating our 3 year anniversary and had a date night planned. I even scheduled an “Express Makeup Application” to top off my look. In addition to the regular blowout, I also had the deep conditioning treatment. So, altogether I had a blowout with a deep conditioning treatment and the express makeup application. While the stylist I had was super kind, talkative, and made me feel very comfortable, I was not satisfied at all with my services. The total came out to $80 and it was not worth it. Maybe the hair job could pass as OK, but the makeup job was not great. I was hoping to look good for my date night, but didn’t feel pretty at all. I could have done a better job on my makeup actually. I was so upset that I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to take a picture of my makeup job. I was looking forward to this service because I don’t wear a lot of makeup that often, with the exception of mascara, and seeing pictures posted on their social media of Just Blow It’s work was nice, but my look wasn’t even comparable. If you choose to go, go for your hair and NOT your makeup!

ABSOLUTELY love it! I am one picky-picky girl when it come to my hair. I have been to my current hairdresser for over 16 years, and never let anyone else style my hair. My friend got me a gift card for this salon and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is super friendly and so professional. Stacey was absolutely amazing with styling my hair. I LOVE IT! Erica (Owner) was very helpful and understanding with changing all the appointments. She made the process very easy which I appreciated since I had to contact a number of vendors to coordinate a new date. Since then, I have come in twice and had my hair styled by Chelsea. She is amazing and both times I was very happy with my hair 🙂 When I arrived today, Erica immediately recognized me even though we had only met a couple times. When she saw that I was happy with Chelsea’s services, she made sure I was scheduled with her for my wedding. It is also apparent that they are taking the pandemic seriously — masks are enforced, temperature is taken upon arrival, hand sanitizer throughout, and I saw every stylist cleaning their station with disinfectant after use. Absolutely love this place!!! The entire staff is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I was offered water and wine while I waited and loved seeing other stylists help each other out to stay on schedule. Erica did an amazing job on my hair. It’s so soft and has never been this straight with any other blowout I’ve gotten done. She was so sweet and gave me the exact style I wanted. I will definitely be coming back!!
