Overall garbage haircut. The person who hacked off my hair seemed to really just not care. Didnt look at the finished cut in the mirror, no styling to it, no fading, literally less than 5 minutes. I honestly feel i could have done the same level of quality with two mirrors and my own clippers. Should have stiffed her on the tip. Now i look like i had a 1st time cutter that had palsy. Dont waste your time or money.

Only place I bring my son. He’s 2.5 and looooves getting his hair cut. They are very good with kids and he gets a lollipop so that’s a plus, haha. They make sure that you’re happy with the cut and will make adjustments as necessary with no fuss. The only downside is it’s very busy and you have to be prepared and check in immediately as they open. Or it’s an hours (yes plural) long wait.

They do a great job of cutting hair. My son has a cow lick that gives most places a fit, but they always make it look great. I have had my hair cut here as well and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

They gave me a text at 4:55 saying I need to be there and I called and said “I will be there at 5:18” and I got there and the second I pulled into the lot they cancelled my appointment. Told me they didn’t receive a call so I showed them my call log and they told me to wait. Very poor service. I love this place! But the wait times are ridiculous. We have one sports clips in the entire city of Sioux City. I find that a lack of service cause you could making more money if there were more salons in town like this. U would have more customers at a time and gain more money for the company if there was more than one salon. Just a thought. Cause seeing a 120 min wait time is going to have ur customers go somewhere else cause we live in a society that is fast moving. This place needs to adapt to the changes in society.
