The man that works there wasn’t very pleasant and had an attitude about the service that I made an appointment for. Sometimes you have to confirm and ask questions about what the customer needs when making an appointment. Sometimes the customer simply does not know. Along with that he was trying to get me to do a different nail service and I expressed why I did not want that and was still giving me grief. The customer is paying so just move along with their request or maybe you should tell me where’s another place to go. Also when it came time to pay there is a $1 charge for debit card payment. I didn’t give him grief about that but he suggested I should pay for cash the next time well there won’t be a next time. I don’t understand what with this salon and other nail salons in Camden but a lot of their customer service is terrible. But I have options and that is not to spend my money with these nails salons.

The owner has a very negative attitude towards certain customers. Based on him if I could give him a zero stars i would!! It’s not the 1st time I’ve experienced this with him either. The wife is really sweet though. We’re all spending money there and should be treated the same.
