I was looking for someone to cut my daughters VERY curly hair because no one in Norfolk knows how to cut curly hair, and I heard about G through word of mouth. Juliette is absolutely amazing! The first time I saw her my hair was fried and I had lost hope in finding a stylist who cut my hair correctly. Juliette has surpassed everything I could want in a stylist. She does amazing work and she’s super funny and awesome to talk to. A quiet giant in a small town. I was referred to Juliette’s salon by word of mouth and the referral didn’t give justice. I didn’t get a haircut; I for the 1st time felt proud of my transition to gray hair. I received a style that received compliment after compliment. Twice now I’ve scheduled appointments with Miguel and he showed up late. First one was at 9am and he didn’t show up till 9:30. Second time I scheduled at 11:00am and then finally left at 11:15 because I didn’t feel like waiting all day. The salon itself is very nice but the business skills of Miguel definitely need some work. Safe to say I’ll never schedule another appointment with him.
