They didn’t pressure me into more expensive treatments and gave me a sample of a product they recommend instead of insisting I buy the products (like some salons)!! The worst customer service, owners husband, who does nothing but stand at the counter feeling important is rude and arrogant. The hairdresser that used to do my hair is good at what she does, but the customer service of some of the other staff is poor, and the owner is a disgrace to the profession, meanwhile he isn’t even a hairdresser nor is he the owner, but he disgracefully represents his wife’s salon. Their prices for services are over the top, Way over priced, got a better color and much better and friendlier service at a more reasonable price else where. Shame on them. Never had such poor customer service!!!
