Recently I had an appointment, first time at this salon, to get my hair shaped up in the lower portion at the back of my head. I wanted that area to be stacked some. I explained to the stylist, Heather, what I wanted and showed her a picture. Well it was not until I got home and realized what a terrible, horrible cut she gave me. Back of my hair was not stacked at all, she over thinned, I did not even want my hair thinned, an area right in the center back of my hair where I now look almost bald. The 2 back side areas as well as the 2 front sides are uneven. BY FAR THE WORST HAIRCUT EVER. I am so distraught about this haircut.

I just walk in and tell her to “do her magic”. I also schedule occasional manicures/pedicures, usually just for vacation and holidays, and always get great attentive, friendly and professional service. I always make my haircut appointments with Amy. She does a fabulous job in an amazingly short amount of time. I just walk in and tell her to “do her magic”. I also schedule occasional manicures/pedicures, usually just for vacation and holidays, and always get great attentive, friendly and professional service. I recommend the gel type of polish – looks super and lasts longer. Nice shop in a convenient location.

Had a full massage & best experience I’ve ever had. Amy was great! Super knowledgeable and did a great job. After massage was over, she even offered tips to maximize the benefits of the massage. No one has ever offered that at other places.

I was looking for a good hair stylist I could trust to fix a botched haircut done by another “stlyist” (which was supposed to be a pixie cut) and so I was recommended Julia’s. So I made an appointment with Andrea Ashley. She was fantastic! She was respectful, relatable and listened to exact what I wanted done. I was able to book an appointment for two of us but not the third. Disappointing but oh well. I ended up booking my daughter for another day. While my mom and I were at the salon, I asked if they had any openings for my daughter. Amy said that they really didn’t but she would squeeze her in right then. So we ended up all being able to go the same day! Amy was very kind in doing that. Hanna was my hairdresser. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did a great job! My first visit. I am impressed. My phone call to make my appointment was very professional. I asked for someone that did work on short hair styles. I was not disappointed. Andrea was perfect. She kept a a very pleasant conversation going. I gave her specific instructions. I am so very pleased with my hair. After the Stay In Place order for COVID and just not going anywhere to stay safe, I was in NEED of a cut. I shed a lot of hair. Thank You so very much. I Will be back. The prices are excellent ..

First time taking my daughter here. Didn’t have to wait long to be called in. The chair that you sit in to have your hair cut had chunks of hairs on the seat and arm rests. I swiped them off before my daughter sat down. The hairdresser didn’t really talk much at all to me or my daughter (her client). Hairdressers should be talkative, even to their minor clients. My daughter only wanted a trim for school so I did not expect it to look much different when we left and it didn’t. My daughter has been to salons before and she always gets her hair washed before the cut or at the very least her hair is sprayed down with water from a spray bottle, without me having to request it. This place did not do either. The hairdresser brushed her dry curly hair and then proceeded to cut it. The brushing process was not gentle and caused my daughter to tell her she’s hurting her head a couple of times. We were in there for less than 10 mins total (being seated, haircut and check out). My husband and son have longer haircuts at the barber. Even though it’s not much difference….we were charged $12 for her cut instead of the $10 listed on their site and confirmed over the phone when scheduling the appt. Not a huge difference but figured I should mention it.

Last night was my first experience at Julia’s. I called the day before and was able to get an appt the next day with Mary. She did an amazing job!! She listened to what I had to say, looked at the pictures I brought for ideas and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. She asked questions along the way, too, to make sure she was cutting only what I wanted. Mary also fit in an eyebrow wax at the last minute. I will definitely be back for my 6 week appointment.
