I asked for a dark blond ashy color and ended up with orange tinged hair. The stylist said that my scalp was pink and to go to a bathroom with different lighting. She was defensive and said that we made my hair darker and that we accomplished the end goal. Absolutely not. My one request was no warm/red tones. I spent $200 elsewhere to fix this and will have to go back in 6 weeks since pulling out orange is so difficult. I wouldn’t have posted anything, but I’ve cried almost every day. She did give me her card if I wanted her to change it, but since she was so defensive in the first place, I don’t trust her to touch my hair again.
