I would be very weary about using this salon if you have and love your thick natural hair texture. They do not properly handle natural hair and I believe there is something in the conditioner or shampoos that destroys curl patterns. Also the women who shampooed my hair was really rude and nasty talking to her coworker and comparing how bad my and the other ladies hair was among other things… she didn’t know that I spoke fluent Spanish and understood everything she said. It could be a hint of jealousy there because her hair did not look the best. Almost zero precaution is taken in the detangling process before or after shampoo… the hair is literally raked through and not sectioned. Julia has been in business for a while thus I expected more. There seems to be more concern with how many clients can be served in a day over quality of hair care provided. Take heed and read the 1 star reviews.. use your own discretion… if something don’t feel right it ain’t right!

When julia is present this place is a 5/5 great place but when she is off or on vacation the salon is bad only one person does hair while the rest sit around on their phones. It takes hours for a simple blowout. I will only return when julia is there Hairstyling

Love this place been going for years! They are very fast and nice. Julia is the sweetest person ever. She makes you feel so beautiful giving you compliments. I let her color my hair and I was so nervous but it came out beautiful and she even gave me hair tips to keep my hair long and strong!
