One of the better barber shops I’ve been to in my life and I’ve been around the country and seen a lot of them has some very nice mural made up on the wall and some very fun and unique artwork around the place that’s very unique. My hair stylist was very much so knowledgeable as I am not and gave me a very good looking haircut for a very reasonable price this will be my barber from now on.

Need some type of check in process. I was a walk-in and 4 hair stylist were working and cutting i asked if there was a place to sign in since no body acknowledged as I walked in, 2nd stylist in from the door (s. Westnedge location) asked my name. I said my name and she said “there your checked in” have a seat( she never left her chair) So I did and patiently waited for 30 minutes till they all finished and the stylist originally who asked my name took a gentleman who walked in 10 minutes ago as the rest went to the back. 5 minutes later I’m called to the counter and was informed there’s no walk ins available. One star for not being checked in properly (could of been informed of appt only at the moment I came in; or advertise appt only).. nothing professional about my brief experience. Won’t ever use this location.

Second-worst haircut I’ve ever had. I’m not a big review guy and I generally don’t care that much about haircuts, but this was bad. I’m new to the area and wanted to find a decent barber. Looked at Jude’s reviews and saw a couple positive ones for a particular individual, so I booked with her. I checked in and some other woman said she was cutting my hair. I should have left at that point, but I rolled with it. I got the feeling she was not super comfortable with scissors. She shared really tragic personal details, which were heartbreaking, but completely inappropriate given the context. She finished and tried my best to hide my shock and disappointment that a “professional” would call that good. I sheepishly left because I certainly wasn’t going to have her continue or fix it. It’s been two weeks and every time I look in the mirror, I get mad all over again. I really don’t understand how the bar can be that low at a reputable place with good reviews. I’m honestly trying to come up with one positive so as not to be the super negative review guy, but it was bad from start to finish. Maybe I was just unlucky and got the new person who faked her way into the job. Regardless, I will not be returning and hope others will take heed.

I was extremely nervous at first because normally I only come get my hair and beard done by Chloe, but she had called in. I needed this cut because I was going out of town so I had to change stylist, I ended up getting Hannah and she did an amazing job, I don’t know if she knew how nervous I was but she was extremely cautious and very thorough, she made sure I was comfortable with each cut she made and gave me exactly what I want. She was very caring towards each of my needs and requests and I don’t think anyone has ever been so thorough and cautious and she did all this in a reasonable time frame!
