Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityBeen going here about two years, and when I tell you this man disrespected me this morning I mean it. I made an appointment with Thursday for Friday at 9:00. I arrived for the appointment 10 minutes early hoping I’d be able to get in, because it was 26° this morning and windy. He wasn’t there when I arrived but as I went back to my car the way I saw him pulling up so I immediately headed back to the shop. There was another gentleman waiting got there about the exact same time as I did walked in a couple seconds before me, must have gotten a text. I sat down and waited for Oscar to get ready, but to my surprise he called the gentleman next to me instead. Iasked him if he’d still be able to get me out in time, because when I made the appointment I let him know I had to work that morning. I actually had toook my daughter to school early so I can make this appointment, his response to my question was I’ll see what I can do…. So I continue to remind him that I made a 9:00 a.m. appointment since he did not address it, and he immediately snapped back at me with his voice raised and started talking about his personal life and how he’s trying as hard as he can. All I was looking for was an explanation on what was going on because I had an appointment that was not being honored. Needless to say I won’t be going back here. Which makes me sad because like I said I have been coming here since I moved to Asheville which is about 2 years. Been going here about two years, and when I tell you this man disrespected me this morning I mean it. I made an appointment with Thursday for Friday at 9:00. I arrived for the appointment 10 minutes early hoping I’d be able to get in, because it was 26° this morning and windy.
