Critical: Professionalism, ValueI have always came to get my hair cuts here, yesterday I called to make an appointment for today. I’m not sure who answered the phone, but they said to get here at 2pm for my appointment. I get here and it’s closed . A real business owner who actually values their customers wouldn’t do that. I have always came to get my hair cuts here, yesterday I called to make an appointment for today. I’m not sure who answered the phone, but they said to get here at 2pm for my appointment. I get here and it’s closed . A real business owner who actually values their customers wouldn’t do that. You just lost a faithful customer of 7 years.

Very disappointed.. jocy was very disorganized & supppper slooow I went in and she cut this boys hair for no kidding 1 hour !! She was going over the same spots over & over & over agin not even paying attention to the boys hair as she was to busy talking to the boys father.. she told me 3 people ahead of me so I decided to wait again that was another 45 min only to tell me “there’s actually 6 people ahead of you, so I don’t know if you want to wait any longer.” MIND YOU I had already sat there an hour WAITING. It was so unprofessional and I won’t ever go back there.

Sorry to say Jocy… I went into her shop for the first time about a month ago. Evrything was cool as it was my first time and no one waiting, I never would have complained about this first time if it wasn’t for the second time…I think it was okay considering it was only first impression. I’ll explain. The first visit: she told me to have a seat I waited on the seat for about 5 min while she organized her plugs ..okay. At the time I told myself its fine…But coming from a perfesional view.. You need to be ready for your customers and attend to them all the time. Next she started folding a couple towels because of course she does her laundry in her place of business because she did have a washer and dryer. So finally she starts..and we start talking about her experience of hair.. She goes on about how she needs another barber, her Buissness is ok. But struggling ..Then she starts talking about her relationship and how her baby daddy this baby daddy that.. And I am their trying to give her advice I assumed shes at a bad time in her life. I gave her advise on her Buissness and how to find employees as I have worked in advertising and sales…..She takes more then an hour cutting my hair when she said 45 min at first keep in mind I am very patient . She did an awesome job ! I said ok I’ll come back and try it again. 2nd visit: I go back today. Google said she opens at 10 am I was their at 9:55 2 people had arrived first. The other lady Chely who works their arrives before time and opens. She starts on a little kid and I ask her “is Jocy working today?” She kindly said “oh yea what’s your name” and writes it on her waiting list. I assume that she expected Jocy to be there soon after. 10min go by, 20min, 30min, I ask chely ” uh is she coming anytime soon” she said “I just texted her to see if she’s coming and she ask me why so I told her she had a customer waiting ” and I said ok.. Chely kindly said ” wait to see if she replys ” chely was professonal by trying to buy some time considering Iv been waiting. Poor chely while she’s working hard looks over 5 min later.. after waiting in total of an hour and said “she hasn’t replied you want to come back at a later time?” I politely said ” No. Will see when I come back.” Knowing I will never go back. I went down the street to urban cuts who had good yelp reviews and I walked in straight to get a cut no waiting got a great cut tipped the guy 6 bucks all while being professional !!!

Great place precise haircuts from Johnny and Christian very talented barbers there prices are fair and awesome for what they charge and do .. been good going for years and I can’t think of a better place than this guy’s 5 stars …

Very selective the guy from Honduras or somewhere in center America. If you make appointment, you have to pay $ 25 !!!!! Ha ! I’ll never going back and never recommend this place.
