I really enjoy the feeling of relaxation that comes with a good haircut experience! At Joanna’s, that starts with a shampoo, massaging long and slow. Next comes clipping and conversation as I am transformed from unkempt to presentable. I am not young but perhaps younger looking. I do not have a lot of hair, but enough for Joanna to make it look so.

I went in for blonde highlights & ended up with a brassy, yellow mess. This was after I spent $160 including tip. It cost me a small fortune & several hours in the chair to fix my color at another local salon. Truely the worst experience I’ve ever had in any salon.
