Awesome customer service was coming in from out of town and had to get a quick cut after vacation before catching my flight. They got me right in and gave me the cut exactly how I wanted. Which doesn’t happen very often. Not sure if I will ever be back but if I am this is where I will get my haircut. There was another lady in and she seemed satisfied with her cut as well, nice local people. Keep up the good work!

I recently contacted this salon to get my hair cut. At first, the lady that I spoke with was kind and more than willing to fit me in before they closed. I very calmly expressed that I had a bit of anxiety when it comes to cutting my hair but that I understood that it needed to be done. And I was simply looking for someone that was more experienced. She then quickly changed her attitude and said, “Well then I would suggest that you go elsewhere for your haircut.” The way that she responded was rude and unprofessional. This salon is trying to run a business, and I’m sure if the owner knew you were turning away customers… they would not be very satisfied either. Will not be calling this salon again.

They were able to fit me in quickly for a haircut. I wanted a few inches off and the stylist did a good job of not going too short right away but cutting it and then asking me what I thought and then continuing to work shorter. Overall I’m very satisfied.
