I had some bad experiences with hair stylist in the past ruining my hair, but she totally changed that for me. She did a fantastic job lightening my hair to the color I wanted. Most important to me she told me up front she won’t do anything to damage your hair. My biggest fear was damage to my hair again, but it’s healthy and so soft thanks to her. Making, confirming or canceling an appointment is also super easy which is helpful to me.
