Mrs. Linda has the best customer service in the world. I hate my nails. I tried the dip powder for the first time, not sure what its suppose to look like but I will never have it done here again. Cuticles are covered in powder which is going to be a problem soon. Starting to chip on the sides, shape is completely wrong and on top of that she cute my real nails off on the right hand. I got a discount for a first time customer of 10%. Prices are not to bad but then again you pay for what you get. No shine, nails very dull.

Decided to go and get my nails done for my birthday to treat myself. The customer service was pretty great but the quality of my nails are horrible and so was the price. I got a pedicure, manicure, and an eyebrow wax. ALLL equaled out to $195 the $5 was including the tip. I have NEVER in my life spent almost $200 at a nail shop. I’m so embarrassed by these nails I want to cryyyyy! My pedicure came out beautiful! Rachel did a wonderful job on my feet. But my nails came out horrible. These nails was suppose to had been for my birthday event Saturday, now I have to try and soak them off. He did not polish around the the top of the nails. The quality is terrible not a nice shape at all. The diamonds are on their crooked and the shape is definitely not what I had expected. My nails are hella sore from him drilling them kinda rough too. I had turned my nails around so he could see how crooked they looked but he did not care. At that point I just wanted to leave. This was my first time here when the lady told me $190 I was appalled. I know I got some extra stuff done on my feet but $190??? And then she threw the payment machine at me and told me to tip. That $5 was definitely meant for Rachel! I never noticed this place until yesterday. When I told my friends about it they were shocked as well. I can’t believe they charged me that much. And then the lady was like that’s just $190. Ma’am what?!! Mind you I just got these done! The quality of these nails not worth all that money I spent! I will definitely not be coming back here EVER again!

My first time going there for a manicure a young guy helped me I showed him a photo of what I want which was a French tip medi and you can tell he was not experienced at all I had to correct him several times.When hes half way to shed he tells me “I don’t know what I’m doing I hope you can give me a chance” once he finished I go to check out and the total was $75 definitely not.The quality of the work wasn’t near worth as much I had to go sit back down for him to fix all the lumps and bumps in my nails after arguing with one of the ladies about It.It has been day 4 and I am already missing 3 nails.It definitely was not a good experience and a waste of money.

I was in the area and simply wanted a mani-pedi. The lady who greeted me attempted to up sale, but I wasn’t interested. I wasn’t offered anything to drink until the end of my service. I paid $37 dollars for the manicure only for my cuticles to be torn up. My pedicure was awesome and painless, but my nail beds were bleeding after the manicure. I do not plan to return.

So I’ve been here a few times now. I won’t be going back . When you come in they aren’t always busy . Which is cool….but now I see why . First off ….if you aren’t white they immediately give you a judgmental look and attitude . No friendliness just straight to the point . I didn’t catch the people names that did my nails but an older guy did my hands and young chic did my feet . The older guy didn’t smile once …his brow stayed frowned up the whole time .He put the wrong color pink on my french manicure which made it look like strawberry cake with white frosting . I had him change the color and he didn’t like that . Kept asking me was I sure like he was trying to be sarcastic .The chic that did my feet did a real lazy job ..I paid for the ultimate got the bare minimum . I don’t think I even got the massage it comes with The lady that seems to run the place offered me soda or water when I came in ….but when a young white lady came in she quietly offered her wine …….I’m just done the nails aren’t worth the trouble of dealing with the attitudes .I could see if I was floored by how good a job they did ….but not the case . Then they charge extra for making your nails gloss after they paint them . That’s supposed to be part of painting them . Good luck
