Jessica took the time to ask what I liked and didn’t like about the lashes I had, explained which length, curl, etc. they were, and showed me the options she recommended for my new set. I love that there were pictures of the different curl levels and styles available, so that you can see what you’re getting. Jessica made the whole experience a breeze and my new lashes look INCREDIBLE. She was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I went in for a new set with existing lash extensions from elsewhere. Jessica took the time to ask what I liked and didn’t like about the lashes I had, explained which length, curl, etc. they were, and showed me the options she recommended for my new set. I love that there were pictures of the different curl levels and styles available, so that you can see what you’re getting. Jessica is very professional and takes pride in her work. She has many years of experience and it truly shows. I had combo brows done, and they look so beautiful and natural. I feel so much more confident and pretty with and without makeup. I have gotten so many compliments and could not be more pleased with how my eyebrows turned out. I did my research for a long time where I wanted to have microblading done, and I could not have picked a better artist. Jessica is very professional and takes pride in her work. She has many years of experience and it truly shows. I had combo brows done, and they look so beautiful and natural. I feel so much more confident and pretty with and without makeup. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt was my first time coming here. I decided to get a “Eyelash Lift” since mine had grew out from a different place I went to. The reviews for this salon online seemed good. In terms of “experience” that I saw posted, seemed informative. Right when I walked in the door I was not greeted nor was I verified whether I was the right client for the appointment. It was very rushed. As I stated, it was my first time so I did not know what to expect. I could already sense something from this but I still went with it. I was not asked how my lashes were done previously. It’s important to ask details before doing so. Just looking at my condition of my lashes cannot say much. After putting solution to my eyelashes, there was no statements of how long I needed to be waited. I was left unattended. It is not hard to let a client be aware of what steps are being done. My eyes hurted and I felt it more towards the end. Eyes are one of the most sensitive parts, it is best to be gentle and not to put too much pressure. I have done eyelash lifts before and definetly this place does not do it how it should be done. As a result, my eyelashes literally looks the same. There was no differences, it looked the same as how I came in. The service overall was not friendly and thorough. I felt I wasted a lot of money when I could’ve went to another place. Still out of my consideration, I did tip and paid full. I’m not sure about the previous clients but good customer service is very important to me and this place really did not provide this at all. It was my first time coming here. I decided to get a “Eyelash Lift” since mine had grew out from a different place I went to. The reviews for this salon online seemed good. In terms of “experience” that I saw posted, seemed informative. Right when I walked in the door I was not greeted nor was I verified whether I was the right client for the appointment.
