The customer service from booking my appointment to the services being provided were excellent. I had a detox wash which was the best wash I have ever had (no exaggeration). For styling I went with waist length box braids which were done very neatly & fast. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here they are professionals indeed everyone from the receptionist, the owner, & the lady who braided my hair all were funny and great at their jobs they make you feel like family all while being respectful of your time. I will definitely be back soon.

I love that “Professional” is in the name, because that is exactly what you get here ! The stylists are professional. The styles are done neat and quickly. The shop is clean and beautiful. They have an efficient service for booking appointments. I even had my baby with me, and the ladies helped with her as well since it wasn’t that busy when I visited. I definitely recommend this shop if you’re in the area.

Worth every star and penny. From the booking, to the customer service, to the stylist and communication Aicha’s surpassed my expectations. A friend recommended this shop and their Instagram is well known. There’s no limit to what they can do and my stylist Sophia took great care of me. She cared about my hair and the style execution. My hair was neat, beautiful and not tight. The customer service rep was patient, responsive and informative. Especially for a person like me who has no clue about hair. The location was clean and the community there is a welcoming and honest. I loved my experience with this shop and Sophia. I look forward to going back for more. No gas ladies.

My mom suffered from alopecia and my wife recently gotten her hair done here where they “supposedly” specialize in Alopecia. My mom inquired about one hairstyle and sent the pictures requested. She didn’t receive a response til a week later!! And it was due to my wife calling….they apologized which was cool and said they will get back to her once they speak to the person who handles alopecia…there was a 3way call between the stylist my wife and mom…the stylist then started asking questions regarding hair care at which my mom said she would maintain the style. I was expecting to hear okay your booked instead The stylist then asked for a 360 video of my moms hair. The video was sent the next day…still didn’t hear anything until 5days later where they suggested a DIFFERENT hairstyle but then also said they can do the hairstyle asked….my mother has been crying upset wife is annoyed so now I’m here writing a review because women hairstyles want to overly complicate things smh

I got a half cornrow half sew-in hairstyle, my stylist was Tiffany. She slayyyyeddddd my hair. She was super friendly and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable with the way she was braiding my hair. Also the shop was CLEAN. This is by far the BEST braid shop in the Elizabeth.
