I had the most amazing experience at Jhellen! My esthetician, Claudia, was so kind and attentive to my skin concerns, and she took the time to customize the facial to my needs. I left feeling so relaxed and my skin looks and feels amazing. The spa itself is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the staff are all very friendly. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone in the Boston area looking to treat themselves to some self-care!

Jessica is MAGIC. I went in to get my eyebrows microshaded and while I did not know what to really expect, I could never have imagined how GORGEOUS eyebrows could be. I am simply obsessed with them. They have elevated my look completely and I simply can’t believe how awesome Jessica was. She is a total professional and so beautiful and lovely herself, I felt really at ease and relaxed being in her space. If you are looking for any kind of permanent make up services, I can’t recommend her enough. My eyebrows are flawless!!

Camila was absolutely incredible. She is an artist. Camilla designed and tinted my brows for the first time today and I emerged from the salon feeling significantly more attractive than I did when I slinked into it a mere 30 minutes earlier. I look noticeably better. When I’ve seen other brow stylists in MA, I’ve looked better after the treatment but not TRANSFORMED like this. Camilla’s service is precise, perfectionistic, and personalized to my face shape and bone structure. You don’t regret trying out this salon!

I was suffering from traces of tattoos on my eyebrows, and their I was suffering from traces of tattoos on my eyebrows, and their appearance was very bad, and I lost hope that they would change until I met Jessica at the beginning, when she explained to me how she will reshape my eyebrows and remove or hide the traces of tattoos. I did not expect this amazing result, and when I finished, I found my eyebrows in a new appearance, consistent shape and natural color , I am very grateful to her I recommend this place.

I usually do not write reviews but I had such a wonderful experience at Jhellen house of beauty that I felt compelled to write this review. If I could I would give them 10 stars. This was my first time at Jhellen and my first time getting my eyebrows laminated. I am always hesitant to go get beauty treatments at beauty parlors but this was a unique experience for me. Upon arriving, I noticed that the environment was calm and very welcoming. There are marvelous windows that let the natural sunlight in, bottled water and snacks for everyone to enjoy (all within Covid guidelines), light background music, and private rooms so you can feel very comfortable. Jessyca herself performed my brow lamination, and let me tell you, her hands are like feathers. She carefully examined the shape of my face, the shape of my eyebrows and pointed out areas where my eyebrows needed some TLC. For someone with anxiety, I greatly appreciated that she described in detail every step, product, and technique throughout the whole process. Not to mention she maintained aseptic technique the entire time. I was so extremely relaxed that I wanted to take a nap. At the end of the procedure, she carefully explained the after-care instructions for laminated brows and proceeded to give me a mirror to ensure I was satisfied with the end result. The result was so wonderful that I have gotten so many compliments and it definitely boosted my self-esteem. Not to mention that I do not have to pencil in my eyebrows every morning before work. Overall, I was so pleased with my experience that I cannot envision myself without getting my brows laminated at Jhellen. I will definitely be returning for other beauty procedures.
