Jenny’s nail service was clean and had a nice friendly staff of girls. The customers also seemed to be regulars and has a good relationship with Jenny. They were able to get my daughter Adison and I in pretty quick without an appt. We were pleased. My daughter got a special cut for her nails and she loved it! We will be going back. We came into Jenny’s as a party of 5, prepared to get nails done for an upcoming wedding day THIS SATURDAY. The attached picture is of the BRIDE’S nails! This was after they “repainted” them. The first color was supposed to be white. Instead of drilling the color off (the first color was GRAY), they painted over the color and put white on top. The nails are thick, uneven, and in no way shape or form worthy of wedding pictures. Not to mention, 3 out of 5 people in the party were CUT during services. When the business was contacted, they stated they “did to the best of their ability” and “no one complained” which is untrue. We requested a refund and made it blatantly clear we would NOT return for them to “fix” the nails because we clearly have experienced the “best of their ability”. Do not go here if you’re looking for a nice set of nails, ESPECIALLY if it is for YOUR WEDDING!

I have Been coming here for about a year. Jenny is so sweet but lately the service has not been great. I was in Saturday evening and I had a new tech. It seemed like she really didn’t know what she was doing. The gel manicure was ok but the color looked completely different on my nails than on the tester. She cut my natural nails which are short into a square shape. now i Have a hang nail which is painful. I do not know if I will come back here.

This place is so bad. There was only one nail person who actually knew what she was doing and she was bouncing around from client to client. There were two other ladies there who spoke little to no English who also passed around clients depending on what part of the manicure the client was on. One Spanish lady started me (I was just getting a refill for my acrylics with gel polish) and started with using the wrong bit on the drill so it was burning me. I told her that it hurt and all she said was sorry and continued. Then the other lady came over and gave her a different bit to use, which she then cut me multiple times and didn’t say anything about it. Just removing the old color took almost an hour and a half!!! Which was absolutely ridiculous. The lady who drilled off my color drilled holes in my previous acrylic and my current nails now are lumpy and uneven. All together I was sitting in the chair for over two hours. I did not tip and I will not be returning. I’m just hoping I don’t get an infection.

They do great nails just be aware of their pricing. First time I went I got a full set with design second time I did a refill with no design and paid the same price as if I had gotten full set. Her explanation was because it was gel nail polish. So gel polish costs about 20 bucks? Just be cautious is all I’m saying!

Terrible now. Customers used to be valued there but now just unprofessional in all aspects. I 1st asked if they had the colors before I sat. I got the yes and it was actually no. I had to settle. I have 3 cuts burns from the machine. The nails were longer on 1 hand than the other. The nails on the shorter hand were filed wrong. I asked her to fix a nail that was the worse and I was willing to deal with the rest. She had a long conversation in her language after that! Then I picked their design bcuz she said she couldnt do what i showed and yet she kept doing what she wanted instead. Then I had to settle for another design as well. I kept asking her what she thinks so she can feel comfortable so it doesnt feel like im being a pain. When I paid, she stood quiet the entire time until I signed,( tip was included). She then tells me she cannot service me anymore bcuz she is not a professional, I made her nervous and she had to fix a nail. She also said they don’t service people like me. I told her then u don’t deserve a tip and I would like it back. She gave me the run around so I left her the tip and said don’t worry I’ll never come back here.
