My experience with Jenny has been nothing short of horrendous. I have booked and gotten multiple confirmations about my appointments, and when I show up Jenny has already gone home for the day. This has happened TWICE now. After the first time I was rescheduled and I understand that people make mistakes, but again?! I am frustrated that I have wasted my time and effort to book with her, and feel ghosted to not receive any word from her despite my efforts of calling and leaving a voicemail. I would advise to schedule an appointment in the morning with her, because if you do the afternoon she will probably not show up.

Her salon space is always pristine, she always makes me feel comfortable and makes the process painless and pleasant. Even during COVID-19, she went above and beyond regulations and took extra cleanliness precautions. She has been excellent with communication, making sure that if any appointment changes need to be made (only has happened once since I have been seeing her) she communicates them with ample time and arranges to reschedule quickly.
