The Life of Lex
The only nail salon in Norwich that I will go to. Kent has been my nail tech for 10 years. He is always patient and listens to my nail ideas, no matter how difficult I can be some days. He is also the only person I’ve EVER trusted to do my eyebrows! They come out perfect every time. Jenn does great pedis. If you ever have a problem, like a nail breaking or chipping too fast, all you have to do is call and they will usually fix it free of charge. And really, if you have a concern with anything they are usually eager to help/ fix it. Once you become a loyal customer, they will remember your name and actually get to know you. The staff always have good conversation, and they also have TVs to keep you occupied. The salon is always very clean! It’s in a great location with many fast food options near by. They also have ample parking, and a decent sized waiting area.

Saturday 27th of August was my first time at jenns nails. It was terrible. The girl that did my toes did a terrible job. Basically I paid $53 for a foot wash and nail clip instead of the pedicure I had in mind. She was in a rush and tried to stop 3 times and everytime I pointed out issues and she made up excuses. I want my money back to be honest. Will not give this place a second chance. This was the worst pedicure I ever had in my 32 years of life!

The person I liked left, the tech that has been doing them is very rough to the point of PEELING off one of my acrylics that had separated from the natural nail. Having nails done should be a relaxing experience, not feeling like I’m an annoyance to get through.

I gave it 4 stars because they gave me an appointment time but still had to wait and when asked for ombré nails they didn’t ask me what color I wanted but other than that I was satisfied with my nails

One hand longer than the other had to go home and file myself. Didn’t receive cuticle care as I watched the husband provide for the client beside me however the owner Jenn didn’t provide for me. I work in a salon and they told me never go back and said “If they would’ve pushed your cuticle back your nails wouldn’t look so grown out so fast” the ombré effect was pretty & I still tipped

Critical: QualityIve personally have been coming to this establishment for over a year and I’ve always had a great experience until today. I always ask for ken, he was my go to since day one but today he did not give me that service that I expected. My nails and cuticles were crusty and dry, the shape I asked for was almond and some how most of them ended up being somewhat round. Not only that but I felt like he was rushing himself and not taking his time and doing his work diligently. I always ask for ken, he was my go to since day one but today he did not give me that service that I expected.
