The pricing is high so a customer expects good results. This is so disappointing but do not patronize this salon; when you drive in just to discuss an end result, provide a photo and talk some more you should have high expectations. An offer was made to give me 4 complimentary foils to get closer to chunky foils throughout after $329 and a generous tip. $47 was charged for some clear toner, alone. Just Hype.

I can not say enough about KT and her great service. From the jump KT sat me down and talked to me about realistic expectations, maintenance, and even the consequences of my hair journey from going from box dyed ginger to vivid purple – i have literally never been happier. It’s been over two years and my hair as well as her service gets better and better. if you’re looking for vivid colors I can not make a higher recommendation than KT!!

They all do a great job on my hair, always have. I’ve been going here for a few years now. The reason for my 1 star is because of their strict 48 hr cancelation policy. I woke up the morning of my appointment very sick and scrambling to get a covid test. I called and said I wouldn’t make the appointment and they wanted me to still come in despite being sick. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable with someone working closely on my hair, not to mention all the other workers and clients in the salon, being exposed to whatever illness I have. Mind you, I still do not know if this is covid or not. They told me that their policy still stands and I would be charged 50% of the services (which is a lot- they are expensive) for trying to avoid spreading this illness through their salon. Knowing this, I won’t be returning to this salon because I wouldn’t want to get sick from someone who was urged to go to their appointment even though they are obviously ill. I urge this business to work on their infection control practices- because it saddens me I’ll have to go somewhere else from now on.

Full-time RVing can make it hard to get my hair colored and cut regularly so honestly it had been too long. I have thick, wavy hair. Plus I have permanent color that I am growing out as I prefer demi. Despite all these issues, Mikayla Briaddy did an AMAZING job on my hair. She listened to what I wanted and needed. Gave me some expert advice and I walked out with the hair color fixed and a great cut. She even provided me with the detailed color formula so that as I travel I can share it with the next stylist. She’s not only a great stylist but a sweet girl who made the day relaxing and fun! Go see Mikayla! You won’t be disappointed!

All stylists wear masks and eye protection, all chairs/surfaced are wiped down, and temperature checks are done. I felt completely comfortable in the salon. Positive: Cleanliness, QualityI got a haircut by Sarah and the salon was very clean and neat and minimalistic. The time allowed was really good I didn’t feel rushed by any means and I got a wash, cut and style for $25! I will definitely recommend and come back.
