Critical: Professionalism, QualityStaff was friendly at first. After getting my haircut and walking out I noticed that the front was longer on one side then the other. I went back and asked for a touch up and they kept trying to say it was the way my hair parts that as long as I part my hair that’s how it was supposed to look like I was ignorant or something. I still had them touch it up and as the lady began they sat and made rude comments. Its better but the cuts are still jagged and uneven in the front. I will never go back again. Staff was friendly at first. After getting my haircut and walking out I noticed that the front was longer on one side then the other. They have had some good stylist in the past, but can’t seem to keep them. If you go and the stylist you like is gone they recommend another stylist which is apparently the fresh out of school newbies and the last 2 times that I have gone I have had bad cuts at each location. I don’t plan to go back.
