This was a special experience on our trip! We drove over from Santa Fe (about 1.5 hours) and the drive was just incredible. When we arrived, the staff was professional and friendly, and the experience was relaxing. I forgot to bring masks (which they told me to bring when I booked), and they graciously sold me two. We had a soak and herbal wrap. This was our first time with services like this, but we enjoyed the experience. I read online that the bath house proceeds support the local community, which made me feel even better about indulging.

Very nice place, relaxing, peaceful and beautiful. The hot springs soaks are awesome. Great place to picnic, camp, hike, rappel, and just enjoy yourself, family and nature without all the hustle and bustle of the city. Very quiet and relaxed community.

Don’t make a reservation here if you have allergies. You will be denied your services and they will keep your money. Shameful. If you are scared of someone with the sniffles fine…but don’t refuse service AND keep the deposit.

Best thing I learned today? Locals get half-price hot springs soaks at historic Jemez Springs Bath House.

Newly renovated and they did a great job! Everything is clean and fresh. Individual soaking tubs where you fill up your tub to the temperature you want. The hot water is from the hot spring and the cold is fresh mineral water. Outside on their property you can see where the hot spring water comes up and is piped into the building. They have a couple’s room where the divider curtain can be pulled to the side so you can share the same space but in your own tubs. Afterwards you can enjoy water, tea, or coffee in the lobby.

This place was awesome. I decided to ride up to Jemez in to break in some new wheels and decided to make a reservation. Best decision I made all week. The staff are friendly, the environment is very relaxing, and the water is piping-hot and full of minerals. I’ll definitely be back.

OMG!! What a find!! The oldest hot springs bath house in Jemez dating to the 1800s. Small with a super nice staff – get a massage and soak in old cement bath tubs in hot mineral bath (add the house bath salts). Great way to let your stress disappear. And all at 1800s prices! Wow! I came after a stressful week and high pressure presentations enroute to Santa Fe. Best way to transition to a relaxing weekend. Thank you ladies!!
