Aerisha BarganierI just recently saw your review and I was shocked!! you know as well as I do that your hair had not been trimmed, colored or cared for in over a year because of covid shutdowns. I could hardly get the comb through your snarly split ends even after dowsing it in moisturizing and reconstructing conditioners. I tried to save as much as I could because I know how emotionally attached to it you are, after all I’ve been doing your hair since 1995. I thought was like family since now you are well into your thirties. You should have talked to me but instead your trying to ruin my business that I’ve put my heart into. Shameful and Sad.

She ruined my good hair! I went there once and the first time was okay but I made the mistake of going back a second time. My hair is burnt to a crisp, my natural curl is ruined, she is very stingy and uses barely any product in your hair (probably why all of my hair is burnt in first place), she also doesn’t know how to cut hair! Not that it matters that my hair is uneven since I will have to CUT ALL MY FREAKING HAIR OFF TO GET IT HEALTHY AGAIN! THANKS FOR RUINING MY HAIR ANITA!!! Take this warning if you have REAL hair that you’ve worked with your whole life keeping it healthy just to one day pay someone almost $100 to ruin it!!!! The first time she used a little more product so it wasn’t bad but the second time it was ruined. Also I agree with the first reviewer, she told me one price on the phone $45-55 and jacked the price up to $85 when I got there after she was halfway done she let me know her new price. That wasn’t an issue I brought extra cash, just wish I would have went to a better salon for that price. And her hair cuts are a twisted 5 second job!

Critical: Quality, Value…hair went from hip length to just barely past my shoulders. I didn’t realize ‘trim’ meant 7-8 inches. It took me years to grow my hair and now it’s all gone. Over half of it just snipped away. It’s not even down to my bra strap now. It’s barely past shoulder length.I can’t stand to look at it, to point that I’ve ordered a wig so I can have it covered at all times. The sight of it makes me want to puke, knowing how short it is now. It’s going to stay covered until I get some semblance of my previous length back.I have been going here since I was 11 years old, but no longer. I will never, ever go back. Not ever. No Name (Vivi) Wow! How Hypocritical! Everything in me including the Holy Spirit told me not to do your hair when you told me that you had not combed it in 8 yrs. You made the appointment to have your hair Shampooed, blowdried and flat ironed because your friend recommended me after she loved her hair. You arrived at the salon with a curly ponytail that was very tangled on the ends. You asked me to trim your hair without combing it (impossible ) and you were very indecisive. I gently blowdried the ends of your hair to detangle it. I think you are disappointed because your hair is not as thick and afrocentric as you would like it to be, instead it’s very straight at the scalp and slightly curly on the ends. I researched it and you are Not a 4c curl type which is Kinky curls from the scalp throughout the hair shaft. I shampooed, deep conditioned your hair and put a leave in conditioner in it. You wanted to wear it in its natural state. Before you left you came to Me and gave me a hug, thanked me for doing your hair AND for what I shared about our history, which by the way, were no conspiracy theories but can all be fact checked historically , biblically and politically. Posting this without first telling me your concerns and pretending to be satisfied is very deceptive and cowardly.
