I had tried to highlight mote own hair at home. I liked the brightness in light but it had lots of orange I used foils so I had depth not to my root. But I tried again to lighten my whole head to go brighter bad news! I was bright yellow n toner didn’t take. I added a mushroom blonde it was nice color more light brown blonde but from scalp to end zero depth. It aged me n was not appealing. So I called jc penny salon Roseville. They took me in almost immediately but I can see their concern. The supervisor Whisper asked what I hate most about it? I explained scalp to mid no depth . She got me instantly and began to guide my stylist all the way through. The conditioning service was also great greatest head message ever! And my hair had darker lo tones again near my upper triangle n around my face. I couldn’t believe what they accomplished. whisper gets coloring the science the process and styles like angling vial age and she explained and became excited seeing the processing take place as they worked it! N worked it!!!!! I hope jc penny keeps these prices so the stylist can be tipped more according to their work. Here is my before n after

After no hair cut let alone a style or color for 3 YEARS… My husband surprised me and set me up with Kathy. We cut off about 4 inches, the shape and the color is so beautiful. She took kindly to my worries and my wants and i left super satisfied. She recommended some great products and got.me the best deal. Thanks again Kathy and wonderful hubby.

My mom and I made appointments yesterday online. My appointment was with a guy, and hers was with a woman. We got there on time and they took my mom back right away, while k waited for a couple of minutes. I was taken back and sat a few chairs away from my mom. My mom was told by her stylist that the coupon wouldn’t work because her stylist was a “master” stylist, which we didn’t know when we made the appointments, she also said that her minimum was at least $95.00, but the online booking said $85.00. She also had a nasty attitude like she was so much better because she was a “master” stylist.
