Critical: QualityThe first photo is what I came in asking for,I wanted the red color blended that way from the roots, The stylist thought I asked for all over red color I showed her the photo again and said I want red blended the way it is like this just from the roots she said she could do it. The second is what I ended up with I went back in to get it corrected. I said I want the red blended I don’t want that straight line and this is the final product she just put blonde streaks in. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityJeanne is amazing! I am 45 years old and have never had my own personal stylist as my go-to. Well, now I do!!! She spent so much time with me and gave easy to understand explanations because I was nervous about what I should get done to my hair (I needed something to spruce me up and make me feel good). I learned a lot from her. She’s professional, friendly, easy-going, detailed, personable, and very conscientious! She knows her stuff! I love boisterous ‘salon chat’ like everyone else, but due to my brain injury I greatly appreciated Jeanne’s calm demenour and soft voice. She gives great scalp massages over the rinse sink. I almost hesitate to post such praises about her because that means her schedule could become too booked for when ‘I’ want to see her – LOL.The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars (has nothing to do with Jeanne) is because I thought the salon was a bit pricey. Consultation and examing my hairs ability to hold a perm vs. just getting it colored, applying 2 colors (foil, only partial head), and a style = $125. Jeanne is amazing! I am 45 years old and have never had my own personal stylist as my go-to. Well, now I do!!! She spent so much time with me and gave easy to understand explanations because I was nervous about what I should get done to my hair (I needed something to spruce me up and make me feel good).
