Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorked here for 5 years, was treated poorly to say the least when I went on maternity leave after I had my daughter 2 months prematurely. The “manager” melody told my clients I wasn’t coming back even though she knew my return date. When I asked her about this, because several of my clients told me this was being told to clients she told me that people don’t even like me. Very professional, not. After I decided to leave the salon I have been told more times then not by people that she was bad mouthing me and telling things that were not true. It’s been over 6 months since I have left and am still being told she talks about me. She should not be the manager of anything except her attitude. If any of my past clients see this, sorry you have to read this rant. Worked here for 5 years, was treated poorly to say the least when I went on maternity leave after I had my daughter 2 months prematurely. The “manager” melody told my clients I wasn’t coming back even though she knew my return date. When I asked her about this, because several of my clients told me this was being told to clients she told me that people don’t even like me. Very professional, not. Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get a color and trim. Was told they didn’t have time for me today because it would take so long. While I was being asked what color and stuff I realized one of the stylists was getting her hair done by the other stylist and wasn’t a paying customer as I thought. I went to get a color and trim. Was told they didn’t have time for me today because it would take so long. While I was being asked what color and stuff I realized one of the stylists was getting her hair done by the other stylist and wasn’t a paying customer as I thought. If paying customers aren’t the priority of this salon I will take my business elsewhere. Paying customers should always come first.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMariah has cut my hair, my daughter’s, my dad’s, my sister’s, and my grandma’s. We each have different textures and very different preferences and she has done amazing with everything.Ashley has cut my mom’s hair and my sister’s. She did an amazing short cut on my mom and actually thinned it rather than just layering like most places do.Ashley also colored my hair recently. I brought in a picture asked if she could do something similar. We booked an appointment, I sent her the reference photo and she basically had the idea mapped out in her head by the time I got there.All in all the staff is very friendly and professional.
