Critical: QualityI had a full acrylic set less than 2 weeks ago (on the 18th) and today my pinky nail popped off and my middle finger nail is about to pop off as well. I’ve gotten my nails done for six years on and off and I’ve always waited 3 weeks for fills with no issue. I’ve never had a nail just pop off. I had a full acrylic set less than 2 weeks ago (on the 18th) and today my pinky nail popped off and my middle finger nail is about to pop off as well. I’ve gotten my nails done for six years on and off and I’ve always waited 3 weeks for fills with no issue. I’ve never had a nail just pop off. First off, I refuse to go anywhere else. JC and his team of talented nail techs never fail me. Every single time I have went my nails have been gorgeous, clean and they take their time with my nails and getting to know me and my style. I cannot express how much I love this place. I just recently started going here and it is great! The staff is friendly and accommodating to your needs. I have been extremely satisfied both times I have visited this place and I can’t wait to get my nails filled in every two weeks! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’d give JC Nails a ZERO.. Less than a week ago , I had a full sets done. Within 5 days, two nails pop off and the other nails started lifting, I went into the shop and spoke to the manager, he said, “I’ve been in this business for over 20 years and I’ve seen this a lot, since you haven’t been wearing full sets over a long period of time, your oil production (my hands) has increased causing the nails to lift.” I’m a nurse and I’ve been in my business along time and I’ve never heard anything more RIDICULOUS..” Of course he wouldn’t HELP ME or meet me half way.
